Natalie John, a skilled and forward-thinking entrepreneur, is celebrating her 23rd anniversary as a wedding planner. She manages a diverse range of businesses, overseeing her growth and success. Dreamy Weddings, originally a modest wedding planning service in St. Kitts, has now expanded to encompass ceremony and reception planning in 13 Caribbean destinations. Additionally, they have a floral and décor division for events, vacation rentals, and Natalie's latest venture, Elite St. Kitts, which offers concierge travel services such as tour excursions, entertainment bookings, and meeting planning.

Natalie's accomplishments have earned her recognition from prominent media outlets, and she has received accolades such as the Caribbean Wedding Planner of the Year award and the St. Kitts Business Excellence Awards. Prior to venturing into the world of romance, Natalie explored various career paths. She is not only a certified wedding specialist but also a Chartered Governance Professional (FCIS) and a trained florist. Most recently she was awarded The 100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry by Event in 2022. Moreover, she has diverse experience which includes working in securities, tourism marketing, and export credit. Raised in St. Lucia, she pursued studies in Commerce, Finance, and Marketing at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Natalie is based in St. Kitts and remains committed to innovation. She continuously seeks out new ways to provide exceptional experiences for discerning couples, assists corporate groups in planning Caribbean events, and collaborates with tourism officials to ensure visitors have unforgettable vacation experiences.  The Dreamy Group encompasses several entities, including Dreamy Weddings & Tours Inc., Dreamy Floral & Décor Bar Ltd., Dreamy Rentals, and Elite St. Kitts. They serve a prestigious clientele that includes renowned establishments such as Park Hyatt St. Kitts, St. Kitts Marriott Resort, Kayan Jet (formerly Yu Lounge), Kittitian Hill's BelleMont Farm, Christophe Harbour Marina, and Christophe Harbour's Luxury estate.
