Ms. Nadia Mohammed
Nadia Mohammed is the Project Officer in the Energy Unit at the CARICOM Secretariat. She is responsible for supporting the execution of the Caribbean Community’s energy related mandate through the Energy Programme, which aims to increase regional energy security and advance the transformation of the Region’s energy sector towards a more sustainable energy developmental path.
Nadia started her career in Energy as a Geologist before specializing in Renewable Energy. She has over seven years of experience in the sustainable energy sector and previously served as a Sustainable Energy Development Analyst at the Ministry of Energy in Trinidad and Tobago. Ms. Mohammed holds a MSc. in Renewable Energy: Technology and Sustainability from the University of Reading, United Kingdom and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of the West Indies. She is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
