Thomas Leonce
Thomas Leonce has over two decades of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Over half of his career has been at the senior management level.
He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Management Studies from the University of The West Indies, with a focus on Marketing. Thomas has also been trained in the disciplines of Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Logistics Management with the UWI Institute of Business. He has pursued several courses of training in Leadership, Negotiation Skills, and Sales & Marketing with the Heineken Global Commerce University, Amsterdam.
He has worked for various multinational enterprises in the manufacturing sector in Saint Lucia and Trinidad & Tobago.
He has a broad scope of experience across the commercial discipline, having led teams in Distribution, Sales & Marketing and Brand Development & Activations.
He served for several years on the board of the Saint Lucia Manufacturers Association and remains an associate member up to the present. He currently serves as a Director and head of the marketing committee with the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority. He is a founding member and current President of the Vacation Rental Association of Saint Lucia and Chairman of the Laborie Economic and Employment Forum. Thomas also now serves as the Chairman of the newly formed statutory body, the Youth Economy Agency of Saint Lucia.
Thomas currently owns and operates his own businesses in Real Estate & Property Management and is a part owner of a Sales & Marketing consultancy firm.
